Four boards. Full British curriculum coverage.

Remedia supports Cambridge International, Pearson Edexcel and AQA across both UK and international markets. Each board is supported with board-specific marking conventions applied at the level of individual paper components.

Cambridge International Examinations (CIE)

The primary exam board for international British curriculum schools. Cambridge qualifications are used by schools in the Gulf, Southeast Asia, East Africa and the UK. Remedia supports Cambridge IGCSE and A Level written papers across supported subjects.

Cambridge mark schemes typically use a combination of point-based criteria and accept/do not accept guidance per credit point. Remedia applies these conventions precisely during pre-marking.

Pearson Edexcel

The second major international British curriculum board, widely used in Gulf schools and across the UK. Edexcel's International GCSE and International A Level qualifications are particularly prevalent in the Gulf region.

Edexcel mark schemes differ from Cambridge in their formatting conventions. Remedia handles Edexcel-specific marking language, including indicative content sections and consequential error rules.

AQA uses a distinct mark scheme format with indicative content, quality of written communication marks, and specific command word conventions. All are handled in Remedia's AQA pre-marking pipeline.

OCR mark schemes use a combination of point-based and levels-of-response marking. Remedia applies the correct paradigm per question type during pre-marking.
